Welcome back to the IIRC Race Series of Indoor Rowing Competitions for the Irish PROVINCES IRC 2018 (PIRC 2018).
ROWfit is back with 102 race categories – surely there’s something to suit you? If not – ask, we may be able to help!
Have a read through the necessary documentation below, check out the FAQ before asking the Q and get set for November 24th here in Limerick in the UL Arena for some serious fun.

This is an INTERNATIONAL event open to EVERYBODY.
No pre-qualification is required. You do not need to choose a Province to compete!
Location: UL Sports Arena, UL Campus, Limerick.
PROVINCES IRC 2018 is now four years old and has a special character all of its own. Early in the season the average 2k times are not at their best (yet) BUT they provide a good marker of where your training is at and where you will be come BRIC, IIRC and CRASH-B time – they will improve. Anyone getting into rowing or indoor rowing will welcome a chance to test themselves before the Holidays when celebrations may dull performance for a while. Don’t worry yourself though – after the New Year you have the IIRC 2019 to look forward to.
As ever we will have regular racing right through the day, lots to see and be seen doing, refreshments, loud music, great supporters, lycra, luminous tee-shirts and bragging contests between rowers, clubs & provinces.
The Irish PROVINCES IRC is held in the University of Limerick Sports Arena.
As always the event is open to EVERYBODY; No pre-qualification is required.
Interest is high therefore space and places are limited. Get your entries in to avoid disappointment.
