PROVINCES Indoor Rowing Competition 2023 is BACK!
Time to see what the others are up to and give some focus to those erg sessions.
We’ve introduced 10 new 1000m categories for those that have the power but don’t have the endurance (yet).
Anyone getting into rowing or indoor rowing will welcome a chance to test themselves before the Holidays when celebrations may dull performance for a while. Don’t worry yourself though, in the New Year you have the IIRC 2024 to look forward to.
Hopefully we will have racing right through the day, lots to see and be seen doing, refreshments, loud music, great supporters, lycra, luminous tee-shirts and bragging contests between rowers, clubs & provinces.
The Irish PROVINCES IRC is held in the University of Limerick Sports Arena.
The IIRC Race Series events are open to EVERYBODY, there is no qualification required.
